White Chocolate Cheesecake

Could anything be more luscious?  Dangerously delicious.  Decadent and rich. The current darling of the bistro set.  So easy to make.  Just a few pulses in the food processor and you have a satiny smooth confection that’ll knock the socks off of even your most whole-hearted foodie guests.

1 cup sugar

24 ounces cream cheese (softened)

2 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon apricot brandy
